Conseil 2.0 provides a collective retirement plan program as well as a group insurance plan.

Additionally, complimentary access to a fully equipped gym encourages physical activity and the maintenance of good fitness.
Conseil 2.0 promotes a healthy work-life balance through a flexible work schedule and the option for hybrid work. In addition to the paid leave you are entitled to, Conseil 2.0 closes its offices for a week during Christmas to allow team members to recharge.
